Can clients contract individual divisions or turnkey packages?
Both models are supported. Clients frequently hire individual divisions (such as for specialized retrofits, defence manufacturing, or marine infrastructure) or engage Unique Solution as a single turnkey contractor managing all five divisions.
Are division teams mobilized outside of Kochi?
Yes. Our traveling division squads regularly deploy across our nationwide network including Kochi, Vizag, Chennai, Kolkata, Kollam, Mumbai, Coimbatore, and Goa equipped with specialized testing jigs, mobile welding rigs, and calibration tools.
What raw materials do your fabrication divisions work with?
We work with marine-grade carbon steel (Grade A, DH36, EH36), stainless steel (304L, 316L, Duplex 2205), copper-nickel (Cu-Ni 90/10), aluminum alloys (5083, 6061), and specialized naval bronze.
How do you coordinate with classification society surveyors?
Our QA/QC inspection engineers coordinate directly with IRS, DNV, ABS, and BV surveyors at mandatory inspection hold-points (fit-up, visual weld, NDT radiography, hydro-test, and final trials).
