Sayuj Damodharan
Mr. Sayuj Damodharan mirrors the values of the organisation he heads. Under his Able leadership, Unique Solution overcame multiple challenges and emerged stronger with a sharper focus on profitable growth.
Starting the company post his retirement from Indian Navy from the rank of a Electrical Engineer in 2018, Mr. Sayuj started the firm and took the exclusive responsibility of the company in the progress as the firm achieved new heights.
In pursuit of the mission to transform Unique Solution into a world-class conglomerate. Mr. Sayuj led a transformational process that boosted the firm’s value. His leadership has seen a remarkable increase across all parameters of business performance – consolidated turnover and net worth. He also spearheaded the re-structuring of the conglomerate to facilitate aggressive growth across the firm revenue base.
His efforts led to Unique Solution assuming leadership position in the design, development and manufacture of various systems and forged a vibrant relationship with national defence bodies. Mr. Sayuj infused a global perspective to Unique Solution’s operations. This involved revamping mindsets and ensuring that virtually every critical activity is benchmarked against global standards. Mr. Sayuj remains deeply committed to the community.

Shouldering Responsible Leadership, Project Management onboard Various Vessels , Establishments in India and Overseas. As GM Unique Solution, he will Orchestrate optimal resource Utilization by leveraging trends and Improve Operational Quality and efficacy of our Team Unique Solution

Mr. Santhosh Kumar also an Ex Indian Navy Veteran Having vast experience of 20 Years in Military and Civil Aviation. He has Proven Track record of Coordinating Safe Aviation Operations including onboard Aircraft Carriers. His Leadership, Planning and management Skills had set examples for his subordinates to follow. He will be extending his Thoughts and experience to a different dimension as he Heads the most crucial and challenging Operations Department.

Mr. Prasanth PG Nair Ex Indian Coast Guard Veteran having vast experience of 25 years in Marine engineering. Having experience in General Administration, Leadership & HR Management in various ships and establishments. A result-driven and open-minded operations manager with a proven record of implementing planning, policy, and strategy and maintaining daily business operations. He is entrusted to deploy best practices in updating and defining company procedures while ensuring quality standards and increasing growth and productivity

Mr. Sajin S Nair has more than 18 years of experience in Overseas and India with fine-tuned professional skills, his career realignment in senior role as Manager – Station Operations (Mumbai Monorail)/ Engineering Designs / Quality Assurance with a progressive organization in Oil & Gas, Railway industries and Airport construction allied industries. Driven by confidence and acquired technical /documentation expertise. He is visionary in facilitating project implementation. Heading as P & F Head in Unique Solution with his Highly developed interpersonal skills will prevail in tackling demanding pressure situations.

Behind the curtain of the hard-core Accounting Professional, Mr.Rahul is an avid fan of the Harleys and is a rider to the core. Besides munching the miles, His professionalism insignia "Time is going to pass anyway; The only question is how you use it", enlighten his calibre, He began his career at Wimpey Laboratories LLC in Sultanate of Oman in the Junior Cadre and made his way up in the hierarchy. Unique Solution's Accounts will certainly be Tallied and Scaled up in the Young Shoulders as he assumed the new Responsibility as Head of Accounts.

He has served with Excellence in the Media companies Malayala Manorama as Circulation Unit Head & Mathrubhumi as Unit Manager. He moved overseas to head the Marketing of Starcare Hospital al Khuwair, Oman. Became the Business Head of Sreedhareeyam Ayurvedic Eye Hospital & Research Centre responsible for profitability of the Company. As Head of Human Resources at Unique Solution, his Vision, Experience & distinctive Management style lays the foundation of the rapidly expanding Team which is spirited, committed and loyal to our Organization.
