TRAINEE ENGINEERS

Unique Solution is an ISO Certified Company, specialised in the field of Ship Manufacturing and Maintenance. Started in the year 2017 Unique Solution now has Offices in all Major Ports in India and is branching out to the Middle East and South East Asia.

As a part of its ambitious growth plans, Unique Solution is planning to recruit Engineer Trainees who can be moulded into Future Leaders.

Locations:

Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Visakhapatnam & Kochi.

Qualifications:

B.E/B. Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical)

The Candidates must have Good Communication Skills and Leadership qualities.

Knowledge of English, Hindi & or any of the local languages in a must.

Experience required: 0 to 5 Years.

Score: CGPA > 65%

Must have skills:

Ability to analyse and understand complex engineering drawings.

Should be a fast learner. Must be willing to work on the shop floor.

CTC per Annum during Training period: INR 2,40,000 + ESI, PF, Bonus, Conveyance etc.

Responsibilities

On completing the Probation Period, the person is expected to lead the project execution, manage a Team of workers, do manpower projections, adherence to Company policies by the workers, interact with the officials from the Client side, On time completion of projects, materials management, manage the allocated budget etc.
