Starting the company post his retirement from Indian Navy from the rank of a Electrical Engineer in 2018, Mr. Sayuj started the firm and took the exclusive responsibility of the company in the progress as the firm achieved new heights.
In pursuit of the mission to transform Unique Solution into a world-class conglomerate. Mr. Sayuj led a transformational process that boosted the firm’s value. His leadership has seen a remarkable increase across all parameters of business performance – consolidated turnover and net worth. He also spearheaded the re-structuring of the conglomerate to facilitate aggressive growth across the firm revenue base.
His efforts led to Unique Solution assuming leadership position in the design, development and manufacture of various systems and forged a vibrant relationship with national defence bodies. Mr. Sayuj infused a global perspective to Unique Solution’s operations. This involved revamping mindsets and ensuring that virtually every critical activity is benchmarked against global standards.
